Faster Loan Closing eLearning Interaction

Overview
Once approved for a mortgage, all parties involved want to close the loan as quickly as possible. On the client’s end, there are decisions they need to be aware of so that they don’t inadvertently prolong the closing process.
This is an eLearning interaction mockup made in collaboration with a SME.
Process
After collaborating with the SME, I created this action map to outline the main points to get across to the client. I then checked with the SME and refined the details of each main point.
After specifying what content was to be included, I used Canva to create a visual mockup and work on the visual design of the process. My goal was to make the visual design simple yet pleasing to the eye, as I knew the overall design would be text-heavy.
I then combined the visual elements made in Canva and completed the mockup in Articulate Storyline 360.
